Thanks so much for your previous input.
Just one more question. We are gathering several documents which will prove the CP has earned and is capable of earning anywhere from $50k to $60k versus the current income she has provided of $24k. If we come to the table with her and discuss our proof of prior income and earning capacity and she agrees not to pursue an "Increase in the Child Support", can she withdraw her request for the 252H hearing that is scheduled for January 2010? In the passed when she started the wage withholding process, she tried to stop the hearing, because she was getting the full amount at once, but with the wage withholding, she would have gotten her child support weekly (and off course she doesn't know how to manage her money, so she didn't want that). The CSRU indicated that once the court date was set, that you cannot withdraw the request, that the hearing still had to take place. So they both had to go she had to inform the Judge she didn't want the wage withholding and the "Motion was Quashed".
