Please go to this poll as to Bias in the courts.

http://k0o8.2.pollhost.com/poll.cgi

DO NOT FORWARD IT IN AN EMAIL SEEKING OTHERS TO VOTE ON IT!  Doing that will shut the poll down as that is a prohibited way to solicit votes for that website.

Witchy, will probably do that anyway trying to shut it down as Lord knows she doesn't want to see the results.

At the risk of giving more attention where it isn't deserved...Ken, I feel for you, Sorry that someone has to be so out of control, and obsessive. It gives all of us good mom's a bad rep.

Well, to turn a neg into a pos...bet you never knew you had so much control over someone, huh? You MUST be pretty important for some one to devote themselves to you so hardcore. The poor child in that situation...if she even really has one. Our positive thoughts are with you. Keep up the good work, and thanks to all the mature people that post on here and use this site as intended!

I clicked on the link but wasn't able to vote.  We already had a poll similar to that question here on IowaFathers.com.

"Political reasons have not the requisite certainty to afford juridical interpretation. They are different in different men. They are different in the same men at different times. And when a strict interpretation of the Constitution, according to the fixed rules which govern the interpretation of laws, is abandoned, and the theoretical opinions of individuals are allowed to control its meaning, we have no longer a Constitution; we are under a government of individual men, who for the time being have the power to declare what the Constitution is, according to their own views of that it ought to mean." Dred Scott v.Sanford, 19 How. 393, 620 (1857) (Curtis, J., dissenting).
